How do I use this with the Line Relief Concentrate?

If I am using this in conjunction with the Line Relief Concentrate, which product goes on first?

Hello - as a general rule, serums should be applied first then any additional products so, Line Relief Concentrate and then Pro Repair Line Freeze.

I hope someone will answer the 1st question about how to use this product.

All I can see is a dense cotton tip. It does not appear to have any liquid on it. It's a mystery!

To use the Pro Repair Line Freeze simply twist the vial applicator until you see product appearing on the applicator tip and apply to the necessary areas.

With your first use, you will need to prime the applicator by turning the bottom of the applicator 25-30 times. After that, you will be able to use the applicator with just 1-2 clicks! You will know you have turned it enough when the product secretes from the tip.
